What is CellFinder

CellFinder aims at mapping cell–related information into a comprehensive cellome-focused database of expert-curated primary research data. It provides a basis for characterization of cell types, increases comparability of data on the cellular level, and relates cells to more complex systems such as tissues, organs and organisms.

CellFinder presents an interface between large biomedical research infrastructures, cell registries, research consortia and individual research groups. Our goal is to provide long-term data storage and visibility through interaction with data providers and users.
